We are passionate about structured trade and commodity finance. As commodity finance experts we are deeply embedded in the industry.  We have spent more than a quarter of a century in building financial structuring and trade finance expertise in the global natural resources sector. We also established relationships with many traders, producers, investors, lenders, and other market participants around the world whose primary objective it is to supply the world with the commodities it needs.

We facilitate the financing of commodity trades, projects, and investments by introducing lenders, investors, and off-takers to traders, producers, and project owners, and vice versa.  We introduce our clients to members of our global network, and we share with them our know-how and experience in the structuring of investments, borrowings, and trades.  In the context of concrete mandates, we assist our clients in communications, discussions, and negotiations with their counterparties.

When things do not work out as planned, we are well suited to assist our clients in their efforts to restructure commercial or financial transactions.  We intermediate between creditors and debtors with the aim to find restructuring solutions which allow parties to achieve out-of-court settlements while at the same time preserving their mutual business relationship.
